Back to Article List Free Topsoil & Mulch Available Release Date: July 21, 2009 As a result of the 2009 leaf collection program, limited amounts of topsoil and mulch have become available to residents of the Township, free of charge. Material can be picked up at the D.P.W. yard, 99 Alexander Avenue between the hours of 7:00 - 3:00 weekdays ONLY. Proof of residency will be required. No commercial vehicles.
