NOTICE OF MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE PEQUANNOCK TOWNSHIP COUNCIL WILL HOLD A WORKSHOP MEETING ON TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 2009, STARTING AT 7:30 P.M. IN THE COURTROOM OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 530 NEWARK POMPTON TURNPIKE, POMPTON PLAINS, NEW JERSEY.
1. Mayor calls the Meeting to Order with the Reading of the Sunshine Statement,
a Flag Salute and Prayer.

7. Ordinances for Introduction:
#2009-2 Ordinance - Amending the Revised General Ordinances of the
Township of Pequannock and incorporating various
recommendations from the Township Planning Board
concerning Land Use Regulations and Fees.
#2009-3 Ordinance - Providing for the construction of a sidewalk along portions
of Burt Ave. and Atwood Ave. in and by the Township
of Pequannock, County of Morris, State of New Jersey
and appropriating the sum of $50,000.00 for financing
thereon.
#2009-4 Ordinance - Creating the position of Municipal Housing Liaison for
the purpose of administering the Township of
Pequannock’s Affordable Housing Program pursuant
to the Fair Housing Act.
#2009-5 Ordinance - Amending Chapter 129 of the Revised General Ordinances
of the Township of Pequannock and amending the Group
User Policies and Procedures applicable to Washington
Park.
#2009-6 Ordinance - Authorizing the execution of a Contract for the purchase
of Block 3708, Lot 3 from the Estate of Eva Korth.
#2009-7 Ordinance - To Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and
to Establish a Cap Bank.

the Township of Pequannock and Appraisal Systems for
a Sewer Assessment Appraisal Study for Munson Drive/
Farm Road and the Pequannock Avenue Sewers in an
amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
Resolution No. 2009-017 - Authorizing the Township Manager to execute an
Emergency Medical Services Agreement with
Chilton Memorial Hospital for B.L.S. Services.
Resolution No. 2009-018 - Approving the final Change Order for Tomco Construction.
Resolution No. 2009-019 - Authorizing an Agreement between the Township of Pequannock and the Board of Education
regarding the development the Hillview snack stand.
Resolution No. 2009-020 - Authorizing an Agreement between the Township of
Pequannock and the Board of Education regarding the
Burt and Atwood Avenue sidewalks.
Resolution No. 2009-021 - Awarding the bid for the Emergency Water Main and/or
Storm & Sanitary Sewer Repairs to Colonnelli Brothers, Inc. of Hackensack, New Jersey at the unit prices
submitted with the bid.
Resolution No. 2009-022 - Authorizing an increase in the Petty Cash Fund for the
Police Department from $50.00 to $100.00.
Resolution No. 2009-023 - Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement between
the Township of Pequannock and Richard Smith Surveyor for surveying services in an amount not to
exceed $12,000.00.
Resolution No. 2009-024 - Authorizing the conduct of the Annual Budget
Examination.
Resolution No. 2009-025 - Approving Appropriation Transfers.
Resolution No. 2009-026 - Authorizing Refunds, Overpayments or Cancellations from
the Tax Office.
