The Division of Financial Administration, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, maintains: •Central accounts and records of the Township's financial activity •Coordinates budget preparation activities •Manages accounts payable •Processes purchasing documents •Responsible for cash management including: ◦Investment of idle funds and Issuance of securities •Coordinates and prepares official financial documents & statements

Fire Department
The Pequannock Township Fire Department includes two volunteer Fire Companies.

The Health Department handles food establishment inspections, public records, vital statistics, and environmental health.

Parks & Recreation
The Parks and Recreation Department was established by ordinance over 35 years ago. Our facilities include approximately 400 acres of parkland, playgrounds, lakes, 6 tennis courts, 3 baseball fields, 7 softball fields and 12 soccer fields.

Municipal Court
As the local branch of the judiciary, the Pequannock Township Municipal Court is committed to resolving all disputes that occur within our Township while upholding the laws of the Constitution of the United States.

Emergency Management
The primary focus of the department is in planning for events that are more likely to affect the Township like storm damage and flooding. Some other events for which we plan are hazardous material incidents, terrorist attacks using weapons of mass destruction and mass distribution of prophylactic medicines.
