Welcome to the Township of Pequannock's New Municipal Website

The website features a new appearance, simple organization and provides outstanding interaction/notification tools. Staff, volunteers and the folks from the website provider have worked for many months to bring this new tool for residents, businesses and visitors to fruition.  You are strongly encouraged to browse around and familiarize yourself with the site.

Sign Up for Notifications

A very important new feature of the site is how interactive it is with notifications. If you create an account and sign up for notifications, you can receive a text message on your mobile device and/or an e-mail whenever there is an alert, news flash or even a change in an events calendar.  This can help people stay informed regarding weather events, garbage and recycling collection notifications, public project, road closures, important news and any other information that needs to be disseminated.

Please visit the Sign Up for Notifications Page

Report A Concern/Citizen Request Tracker

The report a concern feature through the citizen request tracker allows residents to notify Township staff of an issue and track the issue’s progress.  If you have a tree you are concerned about, notice a street light is out, have a pothole you want the Township to be aware of, you can notify municipal staff simply, day or night.

Online Payments

The ability to make online tax and utility payments remains.  In fact, in the early days of the website, if you make a payment through the website you will see a page that appears to be the old website.  That is because it is a third party site designed to look like the municipal site.  In a short time, the third party site will be updated to look like the new municipal website.

Visit the Tax & Utility Collection Page

While the new website is very exciting and significant work has been done, there will be areas where things can be added to, improved upon and corrected.  Your feedback is extremely important!  If you are a resident and unable to find something because it was lost in transition, a business who was used to printing a form or document and it is no longer available or a member of a board, committee or commission and have information or data you want included, please feel free to contact Adam Brewer, Township Manager.
