Now Accepting Applications for the Position of Part-Time Crossing Guard
The Township of Pequannock is looking for dedicated Crossing Guards to join our Police Department.
- Morning and Afternoon shifts are available, on an as-needed basis.
- You must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- You must be able to provide your own transportation to/from your post and be able to pass a background check.

About the position:
Crossing Guards are responsible for directing traffic in conjunction with the moving of children to and from school. They provide safe crossings of the roadways and model appropriate street skills and behavior for children. You will be assigned a position based on staffing needs, traffic flow, etc.
